Randy Messenger, Hanshin Tigers

A native of Reno, Nevada, Randy is returning to the Hanshin Tigers of the Nippon Professional Baseball League in Japan for his second season overseas. After Major League stops in Florida, San Francisco and Seattle, Randy is looking forward to solidifying Hanshin's bullpen in 2011.

Matt and Paul have been great - they've done more than I ever would have expected. I'm very happy with my representation.
