Jeff Marquez, Seattle Mariners

A California native, Jeff was selected by the New York Yankees in the 1st round of the 2004 Amateur Draft out of Sacramento City College. After the 2008 campaign, Jeff was traded to the Chicago White Sox in the deal that brought Nick Swisher to New York.

Jeff made his Major League debut on July 9, 2010 and closed out the game for a White Sox victory. Jeff was recently acquired by the Mariners, where he has added stability to their bullpen.
